1. Acceptance of Terms

3.4 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. 4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been carried out by you. vd678 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

4.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vd678 support immediately at [email protected]. vd678 will investigate reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend affected accounts during the investigation period.

5. Deposits & Payments

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the vd678 cashier to any payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC identity verification check. 7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.2 The daily reload bonus is credited automatically to all active accounts that meet the applicable activity threshold within the preceding 24-hour period. No opt-in action is required. The daily reload bonus is subject to a wagering requirement as specified on the Platform at the time of the credit.

7.3 Bonus funds are tracked separately from real-money funds in your Account balance. When real-money funds are exhausted, bets are placed against bonus funds. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as withdrawable real money only once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

7.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, exchanged for cash, or applied to any account other than the account to which they were issued. Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once — will result in disqualification, forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules
